I just fixed a similar issue with a VS2010 solution with 42 projects… The cause was a duplicated
section in the solution file. I closed the solution, removed the duplicate GlobalSection(TeamFoundationVersionControl) config and reloaded the solution and the warning message was gone.

The Print background colors and images setting from the Advanced Tab of the Internet Explorers Tools, Internet options pane does not adjust the Print background colors and images setting of the Page Setup options in Internet Explorer 8.
To work around this issue, verify that the Print background colors and images setting in the Page Setup settings is set correct. To do this, follow these steps:
 In Internet Explorer 8 click File from the menu and click Page Setup
 On the Page Setup dialog box ensure that the Print background colors and images setting is checked.
Click OK to close the Page Setup window and print your page again
To remove entries from the Remote Desktop Connection Computer box in the Windows Remote Desktop Connection client, start Registry Editor, and then click the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Default
Entries appear as MRUnumber, and are visible in the right pane. To delete an entry, right-click it, and then click Delete.

“Unable to write to output file [FileName] .pdb: Unspecified error” for one of the projects.
I have cleaned the project solution , deleting references but that didn’t help
Figured out that there was a missing file in one of the projects. To know which file it is please follow the steps
 Close visual studio
 Reopen the solution (DON’T build)
 Check the Errors List
You should see
Error 1 Unable to open module file [FileName].vb : The system cannot find the file specified. [FileName] [Project]
